Mr. Ted Blossom is Charlie Blossom's father and Frank Blossom’s brother, who takes over the caretaker´s job in season 3 when Frank moves to Horticulture College.
Ted claims that he is not such a "softy" as his brother Frank. Nevertheless, like Frank, he often joins in with the girls' projects and ideas. He helps Ruby turn the pinball machine into a time machine in Which Witch is Which?, and plays the prince's nurse in Cinderella in Boots, where he has a food fight with Jadu and does a segment with Drusilla (who's playing the prince).
