Azura Moon is a witch and a student at Cackle's Academy. She is friends with Isabella "Izzy" Jones. Her familiar is called Shadow.
Story[]
2017 series[]
Azura is the daughter of Indigo Moon, born sometime after Hecate Hardbroom's time spell returned her mother to 1989, therefore preventing their meeting and the Wishing Star event that granted Indigo magical powers. Indigo was reunited once more with her mother with no memory of witches, magic and Cackle's Academy thanks to a memory erasing spell. Despite this, Indigo still retained a vague memory of her best friend and her time at Cackle's well into adulthood.
Years later, the non-magical Indigo would discover her daughter was a witch, when Azura informed her of the sudden appearance of Cackle's Academy on a map. Following the new policy of extending admission to girls from non-magical backgrounds, Azura was accepted as a student.
